With 2,600 square feet of upstairs interior space, four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms, our ranch-style waterfront home offers a spacious and welcoming retreat for families, groups, and discerning business travelers.

The home is designed for gathering — with spacious indoor living areas, lakefront outdoor seating, the hot tub, and the firepit creating natural places to relax, connect, and make memories together.

Every stay is designed to feel like a private lakeside retreat, where comfort, connection, and unforgettable moments come naturally.

Note: The basement is unfinished and unavailable to guests, as is the garage and several indoor cabinets and a bedroom closet.

Nearby, Berewick Town Center and Charlotte Premium Outlets offer convenient shopping and dining, while The River District features scenic walking trails and the whimsical “Pete the Troll with the Big Feet” public art installation. We love when guests celebrate life’s milestones here. However, fireworks, pyrotechnics, glitter, confetti, or fake rose petals outdoors are prohibited. Open flames are only permitted in the firepit. Failure to adhere will result in loss of deposit or additional cleaning fees.
