This colonial style house is in the most sought after area in Charlotte - Ballantyne. Locality is not only known for the well maintained neighborhoods but also for top rated schools. House sits on a 1 acre land with lots of back yard space. As you enter the house, You will find spacious family room on the right and formal dining on the left. Family room is furnished with a modern sofa , love seat and glass top center and side tables. Formal dining is furnished with 6 seater dark cherry dining table. Kitchen is equipped with a cook top stove with a built-in oven, a refrigerator and a dish washer. Laundry room is located on the main floor and is equipped with brand new washer & Dryer set and wash sink. As you go upstairs , you will be invited into a spacious master bedroom with a king size mattress. Attached Master bath has two vanities and a walk-in closet. There are two guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen size beds in each. Bonus/Third bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds to accommodate big families. We are not allowing any kind of outdoor events or parties at the property.

After our trip, I went back and re-read the reviews. Makes us feel like we stayed in a different home. Pros: Home has great bones with so much potential. Spacious, lots of windows, spacious back yard. Cons: One of our guests said the home looked like a college bachelor pad with all the furnishings coming from a poorly stocked thrift stores. The LR pics fail to show pilling, lumpy, torn upholstery on them. Colorful pillows in pics gone, as is the area rug which looks cleaner in pic than the rug which was well worn and dirty. We had a 1.5yr baby (no portable crib avail) & in multiple rooms he found the open outlets (perfect little hand size open to reach inside) with all the electrical wires hanging out. Others hanging from the ceiling, and walls in multiple rooms (also excluded from pics) having holes, damaged plaster walls & paint missing in large areas. There is no way this house could pass housing codes, and was a significant hazard for small children. Kitchen & bath counter tops covered in piece-meal-covered sticky paper to fake the look of marble. Sticky paper edges all curled and snagged 2 different sweaters. It also can't be sanitized with old, brittle curled edges (such a easy fix with inexpensive linoleum). The kitchen toaster oven was (guessing )at least 25yo & 3 dys inoperative. Over 4 day stay we found at least 50% of the outlets don't work. The toaster is very heavy & moved to across the kitchen it worked. Jacuzzi didn't work.

Carowinds vacation

My family, friends, and I had an amazing stay at this property. The property manager was so easy to work with and talk to. He was very involved in making sure everything was perfect for all of us. We all had such an amazing time here. We had a group of 9 people and everyone slept comfortably and had planty of room for everbody to be able to enjoy themselves and relax. Check out time was at 11am on Sunday and the property manager was so sweet and let us check out a little bit late. Everything was so perfect and I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

My brothers and I stayed here for my 29th birthday celebration and really enjoyed it! The house was clean and so spacious. Pictures were accurate. Great location. We would absolutely stay here again

Graduation Celebration

My family and I was celebrating my graduation from Johnson C. Smith University on May 19th with my Master of Social Work. The original plan was to have a cook out with family and friends. My daughter and I scrambled trying to find a secondary location due to the grass not being cut and your neighbors coming out thier homes to observe my family and I movement while walking around your property. A big disappointment for me was my grandchildren were unablle to play out side.The house is very beautiful but had alot of spiders and spider webs all over. The cleaning service needs to be informed. Your home was treated with respect.

Great Host.

Ramana’s place is perfect for a large family ,plenty of rooms , a big patio and a large backyard as well.Located in a convenient area, the house was cleaned and the description was very accurate. Communication with Ramana was excellent; all my questions were answered within minutes. We enjoyed our staying at Ramana’s place and we will not hesitate to stay there again during our next visit in the Ballantyne area.

Family gathering

House was exactly as pictured--large bedrooms, spacious living room, plenty of seating for our 10 family members. Back porch was comfortable, and used all day. House is easy to find, and is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Host was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
