My stay was good but the hotel manager, Ms.Vee, is the reason the hotel has a good reputation! She is a problem solver, great with customer service, and she is dedicated to her position! In my opinion, she is the face of this hotel and I will definitely stay here again as long as it’s under her leadership!

Uncomfortable beds felt worse than prison mattresses, horrible mold smell and half the hotel was shut down and hard to navigate, hallways all smelled like marijuana. Did not have a good experience whatsoever, definitely would not recommend to anyone it doesn’t look anything like in pictures.

Great stay at a great price
Ayzia at the front desk was a phenomenal personable professional; if she isn’t soon made at least assistant manager, she should put her name and my recommendation out for a better position. We have never been more accommodated at any hotel or motel; absolutely no pun intended. She went out of her way to make us comfortable as we worked in front of her to access, for the first time, our hotel.com app, hoping to make our stay more affordable. Her attitude never changed toward us when our finances became obvious; we also saw her be just as gracious to every other person, regardless of their supposed station, as they too had various issues and needs. She made what could have been an uneasy, uncomfortable setting and stay, welcoming and appealing. What more could you ask for in hospitality?

Was an okay stay - $75 deposit on top of the cost of the room was a bit extreme in my opinion considering the room wasnt anything amazing. Noisy people up and down the hallways all night into the morning - the carpets were pretty dirty, but the beds were comfy and sheets were clean and didnt have that weird crusty top blanket - was actually a nice top blanket. The fridge didn't work in the room though, which was a pretty big bummer since i had my toddler with me and really needed to keep things cold. All my milk and stuff went bad. Overall, was okay for a night, but wouldnt choose this place for anything longer than that. Overall, it was okay
