The hall lightning is terrible and wasn’t a fan of the 2nd shift concierge

This was not a good hotel even for a cheap one. It's just bad. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel was infested with roaches and when i ask for a room change the front desk clerk said he wasn't able to change my room. I made several videos and showed to the front desk manager the next morning and he just brushed it off...and said he would check the room...

It was satisfactory .

Room was satisfactory for my needs. I would say again. My only beef as it is with ALL hotels is the check-out time. I work night shift and don't get off till 3 am and then have to be OUT by 11 am. I literally have to pay for a full stay for 6 hours sleep. Hotels need to adjust their check-out times according to their guests needs. And before someone attempts to come at me about "house-keeping" needs to clean, house-keeping could clean my room later down the list of rooms to clean. Adjust accordingly "FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMER". I'll continue my search for an accommodating hotel chain.
