Hotel was under construction. Front door was not operable. Breakfast was unimpressive. Could hear cars loudly at night. Clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall a good place to stay

We have stayed at the property approximately three times and it has always been awesome. The property is currently undergoing upgrades and the front desk staff was great about letting everyone know the hours when work would be occurring.

This was a very clean and comfortable room, which is close to restaurants and fine shops and located very close to UVA medical facilities. They do accommodate pets for an additional charge. I brought my dog and felt very safe walking him late at night and the wee hours of morning. My husband took advantage of the free breakfast, which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Superb reception staff who gave us requested sunny room on southeastern corner. Very clean, well maintained with special touches like new transparent wrapper on tv remote which eliminated need to disinfect. Self- serve breakfast buffet was generous and delicious with healthy choices and very hot always full coffee dispensers. Great location in Stonefield shopping center with a myriad of upscale shops and dining opportunities.

Did not have the breakfast . The parking was good and totally safe. I just got a credit card charge that is $100 dollars, exactly, higher that the quoted rate. I did charge 2 bottles of water to the room but that was all.

Very friendly staff. Very large, clean rooms with excellent bedding. Fantastic location. Have been there before and will stay again if I return to Charlottesville.
