It was super noisey, and the room was not insulated at all. We were up all night with people running and speaking loudly in the hallway

The ac / heating unit is quite outdated. The parking lot could use some new asphalt.

The hotel was extremely clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was worth the money and we had a pleasant stay. I would use the hotel again.

Leaves much to be desired

The motel is in desperate need of updating! Not only was the carpet and blind outdated, there was a chunk of concrete missng under the carpet (about the size of a baseball). The blind was too small for the window allowing a great deal of light from the parking area to stream in the room. The shower was poorly plumbed, with the diverter valve connected backwards (cold water supply connected to the hot). Where the shower head went through the wall, the tile was gouged, leaving a gaping hole around the pipe. Since the room was poorly lit, it was difficult to determine just how clean it was but there were no significant issues noted. The staff who did the check in was pleasant and helpful. The person working at checkout gave no greeting or bothered to ask how the stay went. This was not worth the money. There are plenty of other option in Charlottesville. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
