It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can dine, shop, or just relax and enjoy all the Waterfront has to offer.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.
It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

Getting around is easy from our Waterfront Loft! We offer free onsite parking for your convenience. The Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 10-minute drive away. For those preferring public transit, local bus routes are available nearby, providing access to various parts of the city. The Confederation Bridge is about a 15-minute drive, offering easy access to the mainland. Walking is also a great option, with many downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy reach.

Please note that the unit is located on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator in the building. We appreciate your understanding.
