Pretty 128m² house on 2 floors, located near the characterful village of CHASSIERS.
The large living room is located upstairs where you can enjoy the sun and light, as well as a magnificent panorama between Vercors and Mont Ventoux. The rooms below, each overlook the outside and the pool terrace and stay cool for the night.
Located 25 min from Vallon Pont d'Arc, and 40 from the CHAUVET cave you cannot miss the descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche by canoe located 30 min from the house.
Many mountain biking and hiking trails are available in the Mont d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park.

Lovely holiday

Nice comfortable and clean house. The pool is lovely with great views. Nice village and surrounding scenery. Would stay again when visiting Ardeche. Great couple Alan and Danna, both very helpful and available on the phone should the need arise. Excellent place to stay.

Séjour très apprécié

Très bien accueillis, la maison correspondait exactement à l’annonce et nous convenait parfaitement: un charme de vacances, un panorama extraordinaire, tout en étant pleinement fonctionnelle et bien adaptée. Les enfants étaient ravis et ne voulaient plus sortir de la piscine ! Nous avons pu visiter l’Ardèche pendant une semaine avec beaucoup de plaisir. A recommander !

Séjour parfait !

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, conforme à la description. La vue est magnifique, depuis la maison, les terrasses et la piscine ! Chassiers est un joli village de caractère (visite audio-guidée possible). Beaucoup de belles balades et de choses à voir dans la région. Belle maison dans village de caractère

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à Chassiers, le village et ses environs sont agréables. Dans une zone vallonnée cette belle maison offre un extérieur très agréable et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et le terrain sont vraiment adaptés aux enfants. L'accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire ont été parfaits. Petit point d'amélioration possible sur l'odeur de cigarette mais l'intérieur reste très agréable avec des pièces spacieuses. Bilan : un très beau séjour et une maison à conseiller.

Calme et Reposant

Très belle propriété, calme, agréable à vivre avec un panorama exeptionnel. La hauteur de la maison donne une vue incroyable avec ses deux terrasses bien exposées. Belle piscine ou les enfants se sont bien amusés. Très belles ballades également à proximité. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous recommandons sans aucun problème !

Amazing Ardeche

A fantastic location in the hills of Ardèche in the small village of Chassiers. Beautiful terrasse with turquoise blue swimming pool. We spend quite a lot of time here enjoying the water and views. The area offers a lot of different activities and for our 4 teenagers it was good fun to go on a crazy canoe day trip :) Many small villages around too - Always worth a stop. It is not our last time in Ardèche that’s for sure !!! The house was clean and well maintained and the hosts very attentive and reachable. We can only recommend :) Karen

Une maison très agréable et des propriétaires très sympathiques.

La maison est située dans un petit village et l'endroit est donc très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison qui est très bien équipée, la piscine de laquelle on a une vue exceptionnelle et la sympathie des propriétaires qui sont de bon conseil et qui sont très accueillants.
