CHALET MITOYEN - LA SAPINETTE
This semi-detached chalet is located on the heights of the village of Châtel, just a short walk from the Barbossine ski lifts. This part of the ski area is a perfect playground for experienced skiers. For beginners, a free shuttle stops near the chalet and provides easy access to the Super-Châtel ski lifts in the village center (about 1 km away) and the Linga slopes, located approximately 7 km away.
The prime location also offers breathtaking panoramic views of the village of Châtel and the surrounding mountains, creating an enchanting setting that will captivate you.
Designed to accommodate up to 14 people, this apartment combines modern comfort, practicality, and the warm ambiance typical of mountain chalets.
The living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a large central island that doubles as a bar, perfect for convivial moments. The dining room is arranged to comfortably seat 14 guests around a large table, while the cozy living room features a corner sofa and a smart TV.
The bedrooms are all located on the upper floor. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm) and a dormitory with bunk beds, which can accommodate 6 children or teenagers. This dormitory has been designed to delight younger guests and promote their independence. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.
For relaxation, you can enjoy the sauna on the lower floor. A small fitness room, equipped with an exercise bike and some strength-training equipment, will please fitness enthusiasts. This space can also be converted into a massage room, with a folding massage table available for guests. If desired, a massage therapist can come directly to the chalet, as can a personal trainer to assist with your workouts.
