Chatham-Walk to Town/Beach-Multi Family Friendly


It's all about location. You will have the perfect family vacation in this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath bathroom lovingly cared for home in a sought private neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and downtown Chatham. There is also deeded access down the street to the Mill Pond-perfect place to launch your kayak.

The large wrap around deck provides for comfortable sitting and sunning while overlooking the large landscaped lot , perfect for whiffle ball and croquet. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill and a table for Al fresco dining or evening cocktails.

The eat-in kitchen has a large table and chairs as well as an island with seating for four. It's the perfect location for gathering while sipping your favorite beverage and snacking on some local sea food bites. A Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and two wall ovens plus lots of dishes and glassware makes this just what the family chef needs. There is also a formal dining room which can double as a puzzle or game table without interfering with everyday meals.

The oversized living room is comfortably furnished (sofa recently reupholstered) has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a cathedral ceiling.

Off of the living room is the first floor master bedroom suite
complete with its own bathroom equipped with his and hers sinks, a shower and a two person jacuzzi.

The first floor also has a cozy den with desk for those needing to get some work done on vacation, pocket doors for privacy, and another flat screen TV.
Also on the first floor is a half bath, a separate laundry area (no more running to the basement to do laundry) and some additional cabinet space.

From the living room you ascend the staircase to the hallway with balcony overlooking the downstairs and out to the yard. Off of this hallway there are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom serves as the "upstairs" master with a queen bed, en suite bath and a large sitting area. The second and third upstairs bedrooms are Jack N Jill sharing a bathroom accessible from either bedroom. One of these rooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins.

The fifth bedroom is the 'Bonus Room' over the garage, which is accessible from the interior of the house and offers complete privacy with its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedding is one queen and two twins-perfect for the teens, a Nanny, or the couple with the new baby.

This home has many repeat tenants and very high tenant satisfaction. The in-season weeks always sell out. Be sure to watch the video and read the reviews.

Loved everything about our stay. The location near downtown Chatham was ideal. Easy walk to town and a quick drive to the beach. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. GREAT STAY IN CHATHAM

My wife and I, our three adult children along with their spouses and our four young grandchildren had a truly memorable time at this beautiful home. The house was amazing with plenty of room and comfort for all. An added bonus is its great location.....close to several beaches and the downtown area yet set on a private road that is safe and quiet. After a day at the beach, a visit to the many downtown shops and restaurants or a round of golf, we looked forward to returning "home" and relaxing on the expansive deck or watching the grandkids run around the very large yard. So many great and lasting memories were made during a week that went by too fast.

Our week in Cape Cod

This is a great property. Easy walk to the town of Chatham, as well as an even shorter walk to a small, calm, family friendly beach. The house was clean, very well equipped with all amenities as well as a fully equipped kitchen with lots of glasses, plates, silverware, gadgets, etc. Large very clean garage with beach chairs and an extra refrigerator. Lots of bedrooms all with their own bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults (parents and three grown children and significant others) as well as our 16-month-old grandchild. We had a great time. Would thoroughly recommend this house for family or multiple couples.

Despite a rainy week in Chatham......

This beautiful home more than made up for 5 days of wind and rain - it's exactly as pictured (maybe even bigger), with lots of room for my group of family and friends to gather or "get away." I wish we could have spent more time on the beautiful deck - a great place for breakfast or cocktails. The kitchen easily accommodated our group of 6 "cooks" and we enjoyed many lovely dinners. This was not our first VRBO rental and we would definitely return !

Our Annual Gathering

The home was very clean and well appointed.The deck was a fun place to enjoy a cocktail or a cup of morning coffee. The home can easily accommodate a large family. The location was quiet but within walking distance of the town and the LightHouse Beach. Chatham is a beautiful town with many good restaurants and shops. Paul was very responsive when we had a question to be answered.

Great house in the perfect location

He had a family reunion....siblings and spouses plus out active 80+ mom. This house was perfect. The location of the house is perfect. It's walkable to Main St. Chatham and the lighthouse beach. Such a perfect location to explore the Cape. We loved the house. We all had our own bedrooms and baths..space to relax and the main floor gathering area for games at night. The deck was a perfect spot for happy hour. The beds were so perfect and Dave helped provide wonderful linen service. The kitchen well appointed for a crowd and we all could gather in the kitchen and help. Highly recommend the house and we hope to co.e back.

Our stay was excellent and the space made for a great family experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in the location was great. Parking was good and it was easy to get to and from attractions. The one piece of feedback that I have is that the condition about sheets and towels being the renters responsibility was buried oddly in the contract. The contract was well written, and each topic had its own paragraph, however this topic was appended at the end of an unrelated topic as if to make it go unnoticed. That meant that we were forced to use a local rental company upon our arrival which cost $400 to rent sheets and towels for the week. Overall the layout of the home was great and comfortable, the yard a perfect play spot for lids and easy relaxation for parents.

Everything about the house was fantastic. Paul is a really nice guy to interact with and had the place set up with all of the amenities and cleaned perfectly! The location is amazing, super short walk to chaham and easy drive to other spots! Beds and such were great, linen rental was similarly seamless! Would definitely rent again, loved the huge yard and AMAZING kitchen full of everything you could ever need to cook anything.
