July 2025 -- we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was "as advertised" -- in walking distance to Chatham's Mainstreet which is full of shopping/restaurants. Also in walking distance to Cape Cod league baseball field which was fun! Impeccably clean and well furnished. The property manager Susan was super communicative and easy to deal with. She made lots of recommendations which were fabulous. Would stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property and this precious town. Our first time to the Cape --we will be back!!!

This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery.

Wonderful Property

Host Susan allowed us to check in early which really added to the value of this rental. We have been staying in Chatham for years and this was by far the nicest property we’ve had. I would say this listing is almost elegant and was above my expectations.

Enjoyed our weekend getaway

Beautiful place with a quiet location just off Main Street. With some rainy weather we spent more time inside than we usually would in the middle of the summer. With an open floor plan the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out with the family. Susan was available, dependable and very accommodating if we needed anything before and during our stay. Highly recommend as we plan on returning next summer!

Susan was an exceptional host and we very much enjoyed our stay! She was attentive, easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. Quaint and Charming Chatham Stay

This is a beautiful place to stay- we booked our trip last minute and am thankful we found Susan’s listing on VRBO. It is usually booked due to its high demand. It is a classic Cape Cod exterior with beautiful garden around the property. There is a big gravel parking lot. There was a flight of stairs to go up as it was on the second level of the property. Susan was a fabulous host. Her communication was excellent. She was very accommodating when we asked if earlier check in was an option. There’s an option to do luggage storage as well if that’s needed either before or after the stay if you don’t have a car. It is a walkable distance (5-15 minutes depending on where you go) to downtown Chatham area that is filled with adorable shops, boutiques, restaurants, ice cream, etc. If you have bikes that’s even better if you want to bike to the beach. This location overall is great. You can walk up the street 2 minutes to CVS or 4 minutes to a cute coffee shop and breakfast. I travelled with my parents. The place has 1.5 bathrooms and they were both spacious. My mother who is 5’1” had a a little trouble getting into bed as it was set higher in the bedframe. I give the cleanliness a 4.5 just because there was a few cobwebs around some light fixtures and corners. But other then that minor detail it really was a clean place. The kitchen is gorgeous. All the furniture and decor is beautiful, unique, and quality furniture. The couch is very comfortable. Would come back!

Late summer 2022 at Chatham

The house and neighborhood were very fine. The location was perfect insofar as it was convenient to downtown Chatham and area beaches but in a quiet neighborhood. Older structures hold a special place for me while other family members gravitate more toward the modern - this house has both and was certainly well appointed in functional aspects (kitchen, bathrooms, heating/cooling) as well as the comforts of living one seeks while on vacation. The main living area with high ceilings and many windows was very pleasant and with a comfortable feel. The three of us agreed that our stay in Chatham was most enjoyable and we would not hesitate to return to this house. The Bynums
