We needed overnight lodging but chose not stay at the property at arrival. The light weight looking exterior motel doors made the property not look safe.
The property appeared to serve as a rental complex judging by the patio furniture outside the doors.
I didn’t check in, so I’m unfamiliar with the rooms interior.

Price convenience
I had to attend a meeting and Chatham is a five hour drive from home. I need a motel where I could drive down Saturday afternoon, grab a meal at a nearby restaurant, sleep a few hours and get to the meeting on time.
There is nothing fancy here - perfect! Mini fridge, microwave, which I did not need. No coffee maker but usual coffee shops in the area

The staff are very friendly. The room had smart TV, mic and fridge and under $100. Good luck finding that anywhere else.
