We didn’t need anything else in the way of activities. The kitchen was perfectly well stocked with everything we needed. The entire house was immaculate. Instructions were clear and easily followed. We were all thoroughly satisfied either the house, location and all amenities. We will definitely choose this property the next time we have events in and around Chattanooga. Family get together

Beautiful modern home in a neighborhood location convenient to Chattanooga attractions. Perfect for our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids). The kids loved the double bunkbed room. We loved the large kitchen, dining table and living room. House has whimsical decor.

Great for families

Great place for a larger family with littles. Had no problem fitting our group in. Location is a solid 10-15 mins from downtown. We cooked in a lot--kitchen could be outfitted with a few more things to assist in that. Overall experience was just what we needed for the weekend.

Great - but missing some essentials

Outside trash can was entirely full upon our arrival making it difficult to store trash. The kitchen barely has any cooking utensils, no spatula for pancakes no ladle for soup etc. A basket for taking your clothes out of the dryer would be nice. The bunk bedding in the kids rooms really needs an update. Real cotton sheets and duvets would be awesome. Overall the location was fantastic and we loved how clean and pretty all the decor was . Would stay- again

Family Thanksgiving

The property was a nice size for four adults and two small children. It was very clean. Communication with the property manager was easy. It was also a great gathering place for a large Thanksgiving dinner with our other three adult children and spouses who live in the area. I have to say that the acoustics in the living area and kitchen are very very loud due to concrete floors on the lower level and absolutely NO curtains or blinds in the main living area, which I found disconcerting. Also, the ceiling lights in the living area and kitchen have no dimmer switches and are very bright. I realize this is a personal preference and I need to be clear, I am a BIG fan of dimmer switches...they are in every room of my house including bathrooms. The listing pictures are accurate (including the cutouts hanging from every bedroom ceiling), but I failed to pick up on the fact that the three bedrooms upstairs have NO ceiling lights or lamps on nightstands only floor lamps.

Beautiful property!

I booked this property for a short trip with my adult children and my precious grandbaby. The house was so nice for our family. It is decorated beautifully and has nice appliances and accessories. Each room has a theme and if I had to guess, I’d say the owners are artists. The room with the bunk beds couldn’t have been more perfect for my 21-month old grandson. There was a small table/chairs, kids books, blocks, toys, stuffed animals—he was so excited! Location is excellent—we were typically about 10-15 minutes from where we wanted to go. Also, DoorDash and Instacart delivery was very fast to the home. It wasn’t as handicapped accessible as we needed, but accessibility needs are a very personal thing for each individual, so we made the best of the situation. Outside of this, we’d definitely book here again!!

Great place for a group

Very clean, close to downtown, beds were comfortable. We liked how the living room and kitchen are open to each other so we could all be together. The only downside was there were no TVs in the bedrooms only the living room, so we had to watch on our iPads and computers if we didn’t want to watch what was on, which wasn’t ideal. It was nice that the bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner, but there was nowhere to hang all the towels in the upstairs shared bath. One towel rack is not enough for several people sharing the same restroom. Not a deal breaker for sure. The hosts were quick with communication. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our family stayed here 7 nights, and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for the family, and a well appointed kitchen with all the essentials for our family meals. The location is so quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed seeing the deer, squirrels, and chipmunks that visited. Everything was perfectly clean, and the hosts even provided toiletry essentials in case we forgot anything. So much better staying here when compared to hotels. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Very satifactory, stylish accommodations for a group of eight.

The home is exceptionally clean, and the property management is very professional. The fully equipped kitchen allowed our group of eight adults to prepare and enjoy numerous meals. With acceptable driving times, the location allows visits to Chattanooga's fine cultural and historical sites, as well as attractive hikes in the mountains.
