Kathy's Kottage. Bungalow on the side of Missionary Ridge, Furry Friends Welcome

This house build in 2017, one story,has all the amenities! There is a 2 dog limit. My insurance will not allow pit bulls, chows, Rottweilers or dobermans, or any of these mixed breeds. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It has a laundry room. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Tile floors throughout. A romantic fireplace is in the living room. Smoking is allowed on the huge front porch, where you can relax and let your worries float away! Behind the house there is a fire pit, too. The Battle of Missionary Ridge was fought on these grounds. I have found bullets, cannon balls, and shot while digging in the flower beds. I live across the street and the garden is located behind the "eyeball" wall. It is on old 3 tiered garden with 2 ponds. Sit on the bench and listen to the Mermaid fountain splash as the goldfish swim leisurely about. The birds will help you leave your troubles behind or swing and just remember times gone by. You will enjoy fabulous views of downtown and watch the sunset behind Lookout Mountain. There is a 2 dog limit with a FENCED IN BACK YARD. There are 2 other short term rentals on the same block, Gray Gables and Ridgedale Roost, if you need multiple houses for big events. Come and see the flowering bulbs in the spring! I can not offer a military discount.
