Front desk clerk at check in was not helpful. We seemed to be disturbing the movie he was watching in the lobby. Doors all looked damaged? Gave the appearance that they might not be safe.

The elevator had dog urine on the floor. Housekeeping tried to come in our room at 7:30 am and jolted us out of bed. Then my husband tripped over our suitcase, fell and skinned his knees and pulled a muscle in his back. The same lady tried to come in and clean our room two more times while we were still in there. The lady at the front desk did not offer to give us a refund. I contacted Travelocity to try and get a refund and they would not help us either. They said the hotel would not answer the phone therefore they couldn’t give us a refund.

The good and the bad

My wife and I stayed 1 night while sightseeing around Chattanooga. We found the room very clean, and the service excellent. The best part of our stay was the breakfast bar and food quality. The worse part of our stay was the uncomfortable mattress / boxspring in Rm 416.

We stay in Chattanooga 4-5x's for swim meets and have had a challenge finding a hotel that meets our needs. This hotel was perfect. We found it to be super clean, well maintained, safe, affordable, the front desk staff was great, and there were many restaurant options. The front desk recommended a Thai restaurant that was a 5 min drive that was excellent. All in all, a great visit and only 10 mins from dt Chattanooga and the swimming venue.

The stay was great. We mever had an issue. But the pillows were very uncomfortable. Bring your own. It was quiet, well stocked, comfy, and the breakfast was just perfect.

The room was fine. The lock on the door was held together, poorly, with painters tape resulting in some scraped knuckles. But it was a quiet and convenient stop. The staff were nice.

The couch was worn and dirty. There are not many restaurants near. I got charged extra for something. Not sure what charge is for. Rooms window was facing a wall. Asked if we could move to room with a window with a view. Not able to. Small Styrofoam cups for coffee. Breakfast was basic.

This hotel is not on the strip or a main side street. Easy walk to strip. Our room was first floor on the back side of the hotel. Step out onto the balcony and our view was at the backside of buildings. Walking down was an old empty parking lot with weeds and a stack of old furniture from the hotel. The bright side I had a great view of the sky lift lights as well as the space needle. Everything was clean. The breakfast is your typical hotel, continental with yogurt, cereal, breads, eggs. This one happened to have biscuits and gravy that day.
