The Riverhouse | On The Water | Large Deck Space!

Welcome to The Riverhouse! A charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home located right on the Tennessee River!! A 180 degree view of the river and mountains surround you on the deck creating the perfect place to unwind and relax in this peaceful setting. Encompassed by beauty and wildlife, this home is only 15 minutes away from Downtown and 20 minutes away from some of Chattanooga's best attractions!! During the day, take advantage of the dock, canoe, and the kayaks that this property provides in this superb outdoor setting! There is nothing better than a sunrise paddle out on the water! Opportunities are endless at The River House!

Our Favorite Things:
The Riverhouse comfortably sleeps 7 people. When entering the front door the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen welcomes you with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River. On the left is the master bedroom with a large king bed and a very spacious ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in closet. Across the living room are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. These two bedrooms both have queen beds; one of which offers a twin size trundle bed underneath. Wake up and enjoy your cup of coffee on the large deck that overlooks the river! There is a smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in every bedroom. There is high speed wireless internet throughout the home but there is NO cable or satellite TV. To watch movies, we have a Netflix account that you can use but you will need to log into your own accounts if you'd like to use Prime, HBO, etc.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
The Riverhouse is very family friendly and provides a pack'n play, a booster seat, first aid supplies, and has a lockable gate on the front deck so children can be safe and under adult supervision while playing outside. The fully stocked kitchen and new appliances offer a great place to cook meals for the whole family during your stay! Outside, there is grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the view.

BOATS:
Guests are welcome to tie up their boat at the dock during their stay! There is a very convenient boat ramp 2 miles down the road!
We provide 1 canoe and 2 kayaks for guests to use for free during your stay.

Important Things to Know:
1. Please note that this is a guest home on the property and the main house is also a vacation rental. There may be other guests staying at the property during the length of your stay. The riverfront and the dock are a shared space on the property. The guest home is completely separate from the main home.
2. Parking: 4 vehicles max!
3. TIME ZONE: This home is on the Central Time Zone! Chattanooga is on the border of the Central and Eastern time zone. Downtown Chattanooga is on the Eastern time zone
