Great place, location & staff. Only complaint is if you get a room close to the interstate, it is extremely loud. Sound machine, fan, ear plugs are a must. Other than that, great place!

The Westin was a pleasant surprise for my staycation. From the weekend entertainment, the bar and food, I absolutely had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and it was so quiet in the hotel. I also enjoyed the pool, that is something that I rarely do when I go to a hotel. I would highly recommend you choose The Westin Chattanooga whenever you are in Chattanooga, TN.

A nice typical Westin hotel in downtown Chattanooga. We had a partial city view. Walking distance to many downtown locations. About 2 blocks from the main downtown area. The hotel was very busy during our weekend stay. 1 night the patio was closed due to a private party. Our room was comfy not too small. However, our 3rd floor room was noisy from people below on the hotel’s patio. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way nor lock. Nice lobby with free fruit/infused water to quench your thirst. Valet parking only at $28 per night + taxes!

Did not have the room we reserved due to being oversold. “Upgraded” us to “the best room on the property”, which was really just an accessible suite on the bottom floor with a “big surprise”, the surprise was a direct entrance to a shared patio in the pool area that everyone has access to. Super noisy because it was too close to the live music. The AC in half the suite was broken, the repair man entered the room directly without any acknowledgement and took us completely by surprise when he randomly knocked on the inner bedroom door while my wife was changing. A tile fell off the border to the abysmal, accessible hand shower that had zero water pressure and hot water for 5 minutes. The rugs in the main room have stains and are in severe need of replacing. The convertible sofa bed sank in the middle so was not functional. The staff were nice and exterior facilities great.
