The overwhelming smell of the ‘carpet fresh’ product sprinkled on the carpet in the room prior to vacuuming was a bit too much. The access drive to the property is initially narrow and sometimes difficult to spot. The landscaping near the building is almost non-existent and the access to the building from the back lot is over a bridge. Underneath the bridge is a water area but it appears dirty and unkept. Front desk personnel didn’t say much upon check in and we were not told about breakfast hours or location.

I was told by staff at the hotel the total price for the room was $122.29. But Expedia charged me $152.96. I am not happy at all with Expedia.

Roaches in bathroom. Old blood stains in bed sheets. Ripped towels ….

Not my best experience.

Hotel is quite noisy. Room I was given had an extremely noisy heating/air conditioning unit. There was some type of humidifier unit on the other side of the wall, also noisy. The bed and bedding is not very comfortable

The shower head was leaking so bad that we had to use the towel in the room to get water off the floor after we got out of the shower.
