Grandview #632 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

The view was great! The general conditions inside the unit were satisfactory- could do better - something inside made us sneeze a lot! The eye sore were the passage ways outside the units and the elevator - very poorly maintained. No regular cleaning done and it was a put off.

Awesome Stay, Great Location

Perfect location! Beautiful view. this place had everything we needed. Plenty of space. And the location was great! We walked to all the restaurants, shops, grocery store and jet ski/paddle board rental place. Loved it!

Weekend get away

When we got there we noticed that it didn’t get a good clean before we got there. There were grapes behind the couch cushion(like where your head would be) there was still coffee grounds in the coffee machine from the last guest that had been used, there was dust bunnies all over, and nail clippings on the floor. Maybe not a good cleaning crew before we stayed I don’t know. Also the water pressure in the shower would pulsate when you were showering making the pressure really bad. All of that aside we had an amazing time in chelan enjoying family time!

This property is close to the downtown Chelan area for dining. We could walk across the bridge. The pool could have been warmer. We were here in June and understand it wasn't full Summertime yet.

Condo was beautiful, the building itself is dated and the entrance to the condo, hallways, elevator, etc. not real clean. Had an issue with a murphy bed in the unit, front desk didn't seem concerned at all, probably won't return.

Amazing location on the water in the middle of town. Super clean and comfortable. The WiFi never worked and the second night the hot tub heater went out. These were not the host’s fault but rather the facility. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in the winter so there was no pool or hot tub, which we knew. It was clean and well stocked. Nice extras like detergent, make up removal wipes and packaged q-tips. There was plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and blankets. Scissors would be a nice addition. We were stuck at one point. It has a nice patio with a great view if you were to go in the summer. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it in the rain. I only put 4 stars only because it seemed a bit expensive for off season.

Perfect Location

The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and the view was great of the lake. Being across the bridge from downtown was really nice, and the deck on the front lawn was great for watching the sunset. There isn’t access to the beach here and my mom couldn’t get in the lake because of the ladder required to get out, so we ended up driving to local beaches instead. The pool needs a solid cleaning, but I could see why large families enjoy the simplicity of staying here. Overall we would stay again :)
