Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

The Property is located in a great location, the pool was little dirty for my taste but who needs a pool when you have the lake to jump into. Overall the room was very clean and has been remodeled, can't say that to the overall Resort property as it is old and showing it's age. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very close to the water and my teenagers loved to jump right in the water when they woke up. Definitely staying here again bringing my fishing pole next time!

Room was decent property lacked

Didn’t get great room service and lacked clarity of towels etc. cleanliness of grounds was pretty gross. Dirty diapers, old shoes and socks lying around. Pool extremely cold and cloudy every day. All the grounds were dirty. Room itself was clean and spacious. The location is nice but Campbells and Petersens are much cleaner grounds.

Labor Day weekend stay

Overall the unit was clean. The pool and hot tub looked cloudy and dirty, never went in it once. We had to beg the front desk for a blanket and never received it. Walls are paper thin, people above woke us every morning around 530am tromping around. We actually left early to drive home. We didn’t stay our last night, exhausted from all the noise. The stay felt like we were at a Motel with lower class of clientele. Never again.

Right in the middle of everything

We loved staying at this place. It was really clean and modern. The location was fabulous, so close to everything. The lake, town, the river walk, the water park, the grocery store. My daughter loved the Murphy bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk into town. The pool and hot tub were great (loved that the hot tub was huge AND covered!), staff was friendly, the room canceled outside noise nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice stay. The toilet made a strange noise all night but otherwise we had a nice view and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the deck and deck furniture. Kitchen nice and clean. I like the addition of the additional sink in the master bedroom.
