Abbots Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed Cotswold holiday cottage dating back to the 17th century. This cottage sleeps 4 guests in two stylishly decorated bedrooms each featuring sloped ceilings and beams, synonymous with the Cotswolds area. Also upstairs there is a spacious family bathroom complete with roll top bath. On the ground floor, an airy living area is home to a cosy inglenook fireplace with wood burner. At the rear of the cottage is a well-equipped kitchen with dining table. The large patio doors open from the kitchen onto the tranquil terrace with views of the town and the beautiful countryside that surrounds Winchcombe. Abbots Cottage has retained its character features from the traditional street exterior to the exposed beams and Cotswold stone walls inside, all of which have been tastefully combined with contemporary facilities and furnishings.

Lovely little cottage with pretty much everything you need for a cosy family Cotswolds stay. Great location for some walks to Sudeley Castle and Cleeve Hill.

A wonderful stay at a lovely cottage

Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. It was beautiful with modern amenities, in a lovely village right next to all the attractions. Would recommend this stay to anyone. Be mindful that there's no shower, only a bath.

A lovely winter break

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is lovely. Comfortable beds. Very warm cosy and well laid out rooms. The bathroom is small but just as photos show, and is managable, and there is a downstairs loo as well.

A cute cottage with a good location. Many great eating places very close by. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The stairs are challenging but only because of my age and reduced mobility

Lovely stay, it was cosy and modern yet with traditional features. Perfect for a family of 4. No enclosed shower however the bath was a lovely place to be. Gorgeous view on terrace. Would definitely stay again.

Cosy cottage in great location

Good location for visiting numerous attractions in Cotswolds. Cottage was right size for 2 people but a few faults :water very slow to drain away in bathroom basin,shelf poorly positioned for washing and shaving ,no small saucepan in kitchen.

Christmas Get Away

Had a lovely break at this cottage, great location! I worked a few days and then had some time off. Only faults I’d give would be that a few more basics being available would have been nice, more than one tea towel and hand wash/moisturiser by every sink. Also a coffee machine would be a bonus addition, I love to support local businesses of course but staying for a week and having 2/3 coffees a day adds up! Would definitely stay again, thank you

Amazing Abbots Cottage

We loved our stay at Abbots Cottage. It’s a beautifully restored cottage in a small charming town with every modern convenience. Very comfortable, quiet at night and just a charming place to stay. There are restaurants, bakeries, groceries and shopping within very short walking distance. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in a cute village

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect and had everything you would need for a weekend. We liked that the village was a more quiet one with less tourists around than the main famous Cotswold villages. Had some great food in pubs just a minute walk away. 10/10 would recommend.

Convenient location although parking limited,bathroom a challenge for less mobile or elderly,might be worth considering conversion to wet room/walk in shower.

Gorgeous property

Property was gorgeous and it was a mostly excellent experience. Positives - great location - kitchen utensils well stocked - clean and comfortable Improvements - no wifi - password has been rubbed off - could provide more toilet paper - could provide olive oil (or any cooking oil) - shower area leaks if water gets out of the tub Unfortunately when we messaged our contact about the wifi and leaks we did not receive a response (and still haven’t weeks later).

Had a wonderful stay at Abbots cottage

We had a wonderful family holiday in Abbots Cottage, with our 2 small children (aged 5 and 2). The cottage is even more beautiful than the photos and felt warm and cosy. We would love to come back. As a suggestion we would like to suggest perhaps installing a coffee maker, we missed that a bit. For the rest everything was fine!
