Delightful detached 2 bedrooms 2 en-suites cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds

Tannery Corner is a stunning Cotswold cottage set in the heart of beautiful Northleach. Suitable for 2 couples or families alike, it’s bright and spacious with a modern kitchen, open plan living and dining area, two bedrooms (one kingsize ensuite and one twin/superking ensuite) a courtyard garden and private offroad parking.

Within 5 minutes walk of the cottage are 2 excellent local pubs, a wine bar, local shop, bakery, café, butchers and pretty countryside walks.

The perfect Cotswolds escape.

The space

Tannery Corner offers the comfort of modern living wrapped up in a pretty Cotswold Cottage setting.

The flag stone hall leads to a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, lounge with 2 large sofas and dining area with patio doors leading to a pretty courtyard garden.

Upstairs there are two roomy ensuite bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other with twins that can be made into a super king upon request.

The ensuite bathrooms are modern and bright, one with a bath and overhead shower, the other with a large shower and there is a downstairs toilet.

There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, free wi-fi and a good range of books and games to keep you entertained.

The cottage is child friendly and includes a baby gate on the stairs, numerous children’s toys, a travel cot and high chair. We also welcome your fur babies too and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs.

Outside, the patio area is fully enclosed with table and chairs and a laundry room with a washer dryer machine. There is private offroad parking to the rear of the cottage.

Located a short walk from the pretty market place, Tannery Corner is close to all the excellent amenities Northleach has to offer, including the ever popular Wheatsheaf Inn.

And set in the very heart of the Cotswolds, it’s perfect for visiting highlights such as Bourton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cirencester, Bibury, and the Slaughters to name but a few.

Lovely home , lovely decor , missing Hattie the Hare great location close to Burton on the Water and Stow on Wold , 20 mins Burford and the amazing garden centre . The food at the Wheatchief Pub fabulous so good we went back 3 times , has all amenities near by highly recommend

Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay with our chihuahua, the property is much bigger than it looks in the pics and was very clean when we arrived, the courtyard is lovely and secure and the location is perfect. The beds are also really comfy!!!

Great communication and an easy self check in. Informative information available within the property with some essentials, tea, coffee, milk etc. and a sweet treat ‘thank you’! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, crisp linen, fresh towels. Available was a hairdryer, iron, hand soap, washing liquid, dishwasher tablet, t-towels, dish cloths and a couple of bin bags. The house was well equipped and had plenty of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and even a SONOS music system to connect to. Walking distance to the small town which had a couple of pub/ diners (highly recommends the Wheatsheaf), a bakery, cake shop, wine bar (The Ox, great atmosphere) pharmacist etc. Tennis courts are near by, along with a sports field and what looked to be a local sports club. Great spot for pottering between Cotswold towns and villages. Would we go back? Most definitely! Thank you for a great stay 😊

Northleach, the Cotswolds

The cottage was just excellent in all aspects, the interior was cosy and most attractive, and the cottage situated just outside the centre of town with dedicated parking. Northleach is a small, beautiful town, and the surrounding villages and countryside will bring you back time and time again.

Comfy Cotswolds Cottage

Had a lovely week in the Cotswolds, Northleach is a great base to explore and is a smashing little town. House is really nice, comfy sofas and beds and nicely equipped. Bear in mind that as per the listing there isn't a washing machine. Wasn't a problem for us as we'd washed at the place we were at the week before. Castle butchers, Lynwoods cafe, wine bar and the Wheatsheaf well recommended.
