I did not enjoy the trip. Unexpected additional cost. When it was paid gut. Booked a double room and got charged for a room for 3 people. No air conditioners. Really hot day so was hard to sleep with fans

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service from reception, bar staff and restaurant staff. Good choice of breakfast dishes. Spa facilities small but adequate.

An overnight stop on our way to Dorset. Perfect place - easy access from the motorway and excellent bus service into the city centre. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

All the staff were very friendly, bed comfy, shower (over bath) a bit low for me. Decent breakfast. Had a swim, nice pool but busy/small for a proper swim but still nice after a long drive. Parking for residents discounted but should be included.
