Modern & stylish family home | private garden - Pass the Keys
My home is a modern and stylish family house in picturesque Winchcombe. The house comfortably sleeps seven, with one superking sized bed (can be split into singles on request at time of booking), one king, one double and one single bed. My home is close to the town centre and well placed to explore nearby Cotswolds villages and local countryside, with many stunning walks on your doorstep.

My home is a three storey house built from Cotswolds stone, perfect for groups of family or friends. It offers plenty of living space, including a good sized private garden. It has recently been decorated throughout to a high standard.
Guests enter the property into a hallway, with the modern kitchen / dining area off to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped, including large fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. The dining table comfortably sits seven guests and is equally suitable for a quick breakfast or more formal dinner at the end of a busy day!
Moving through the property takes you into the bright and tastefully decorated living room, with sunlight streaming through the french patio doors. There is plenty of comfy seating for all and large Smart TV. Heading out through the patio doors takes you into the well maintained and enclosed garden, perfect for young children.
Downstairs also has a large cloakroom area and WC.
Heading upstairs and there are two good sized double bedrooms, one with king sized bed and the other with double bed. There is also the single bedroom and 2 piece family bathroom.
The top floor has the wonderfully spacious front to back master bedroom with superking sized bed and large ensuite. Please note the superking bed can be split into singles on request at time of booking.
All beds come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, and fluffy towels are provided for each guest together with complementary toiletries.
On arrival guests will be welcomed by a delicious hamper, including locally sourced wine from Poulton Hill vineyard and Cotswold fudge. Enjoy!

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the property sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Please try to give as much notice as possible with your arrival time and update on the day with any changes / delays.

Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
