With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off road parking for up to 4 cars.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 8, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden.
The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen features two fridge freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. The dining table, which seats 8, also has patio doors that lead out to the garden.
The ground floor also has a double bedroom with a king sized bed in it and a modern shower room just next door.
Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom:
Bedroom 1 boasts a super king bed with a luxurious 'duel-mattress' ; firm on one side and soft on the other.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have zip-and-link king-size beds that can be made into singles if required.
Smaller, bedroom 5 features a double bed. All bedrooms include wardrobes for hanging and storing your clothes.
The modern family bathroom upstairs offers a bath with a shower over.
