I had an amazing stay at Somerset Chengdu! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional was the front desk staff they were simply the best! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Somerset Chengdu to anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

I recently stayed at Somerset Gaoxin Chengdu, and it was a fantastic experience! The view from our room was stunning, and the hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient—close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The staff truly went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable. Even with a language barrier, they were always there to help me and my wife, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable. A huge thank you to the team for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. Five stars!

convenient location for working stay

excellent location, but its just outside and at the fringe of highway which will be subject to car plate restrictions on some days. Convenient to grab a bite as food outlets and deli are just downstairs, parking is free. Drive 5 minutes to global centre, Chengdu SKP and Ito Yokado.

很棒的酒店

櫃台親切，兩房的房間非常寬敞舒適，備品齊全，獨立空調，一間浴室有浴缸，另一間只有淋浴，早餐多樣口味不錯，但餐廳太冷食物拿了馬上就涼了，樓下商場有許多好吃的店家，走出去不遠月牙湖邊也有許多小吃，非常優秀的酒店
