We booked a last-minute trip and came from East Tennessee to stay had no idea the surrounding area or how anything work just wanted to come see the beauty of the area. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was extremely clean. It smelt wonderful when you walked in the front lobby there’s a hairdryer available and one of the previous reviews we seen where there wasn’t and there was they have a shuttle that’s available to take you back-and-forth to the casino or anywhere else you need to go. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for very affordable very clean. Very welcoming accommodations will be staying again.

Room was very clean bed was exceptionally comfortable more than i expected. We have always stayed in the casino hotel but i will say my stay/sleep here was definitely more comfortable and i will definitely be back. Also front staff was super friendly both for check in and check out.

We stay in this area a lot and we have found our new favorite place when the casino has lost their minds… The staff were very friendly and the room was great. Roomy area and comfortable bed!! Clean room and we had a smoking room. I like that they offer smoking and non-smoking rooms.
