Very comfortable and welcoming, i walk with a stick so going up steps to my 1st floor room wasn’t too easy. Also could here whenever someone was walking down the corridor outside my room. Sadly didn’t get up in time for breakfast but had lunch at Nelson's which was excellent. Look forward to staying here again

Gorgeous food from the large breakfast offering (there is everything you could ever want for breakfast!!!) the food in Palm Court was outstanding and the staff looked after us so well, we also loved the piano player- added something special to the evening. Clean and comfortable rooms and the swimming pool was really lovely too. Thank you, we will be back.

Beautiful hotel, the restaurant and bar areas are fabulous. The room was to a high standard, clean and cosy. The hotel interior is to a very high standard and decorated beautifully. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The spa is beautiful and the treatments excellent.

Read the small print with this hotel. When they say they can't guarantee a quiet night, they should have said "We guarantee you won't get a quiet night." Our first time away from the kids in many years, and we paid a lot for a nice time. The hotel should have warned us we would have two loud weddings (Friday and Saturday) going on until late, right underneath us (plus shouting in the corridors and trolleys rattling across the floor above us) giving us the chance to go somewhere else.

Beautiful and clean hotel that smelt amazing all the way through it! Staff was attentive and professional, spa was nice enough, bit small in my personal opinion and noisy up until late afternoon, too many people using it for the facilities provided and only 5 loungers to lie down on, evrryone was looking for loungers to sit down on and place their belongings on it, they had a dew hooks but not many. Jacuzzi was lovely as was the swimming pool (good size), sauna and sream room was amazing, the lesure facilities were a bit confusing as there was a sign to the spa but no sign to the swimming pool, it wasn't clear. I had requsted a room with a nice view for celebration night away for my partners birthday and they kindly were able to grant this, lovely view of the garden and water fountain and they left a happy birthday card and chocolates for my partner, lovely, special gesture. Room was lovely comfortable, with a tv, hair drier, kettle and complementry tea/ coffee/water etc, shower was sooo nice! Would of been nice to have a mini fridge to store a few of our cold drinks we brought though. Over all, had a lovely relaxing stay and even though there was a wedding on couldn't hear any noise going on! We would recommend this hotel if you are after a relaxing, special stay away or wanting to use the lesure facilities even tho it was a little small then what we have experianced in the past we would still stay here again despite the 7.5% tip added to oir meal automatically that we

The only reason a 4 was given is due to mattress and pillows, there were not of good quality. Very soft and uncomfortable for our preference, apart from that the hotel was beautiful and great restaurant. Staff amazing!

Great hotel and staff

We stayed with our dog - very late arrival and paid for late check out. It was nicer than we expected and the staff and services were all great. Very comfy bed. We had lunch the next day and the food (Chicken Caesar Salad especially!) was all lovely and the staff exceptional. Nice gardens. Loads of parking. I’d been worried it wasn’t going to be as nice as the photos since their own website doesn’t work on Apple products, it seemed strange! We were let down a little by the failure of the electric charger. We’d not been certain we’d get to charge there but when we found it available on arrival we were so pleased. We wasted 30min trying to get it working but finally gave up. The staff weren’t particularly interested, stating ‘it isn’t theirs’ but since they allow “EV Project” to be on their site I think they should take some responsibility or at least log/report issues. (Currently trying to get my ‘mandatory £30 deposit from that company.) So I’d recommend others not waste time trying to charge and do that elsewhere. (Billy Jeans if you’re heading into North Wales is a good option).

Beautiful stay at Grosvenor Pulford

Hotel is beautiful and the superior room was stunning, the decor, the bathroom is luxurious and the hotel made us a little Congratulations chocolate platter and card for our recent wedding which was a lovely touch. There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose the Palm restaurant next time as Nelson’s was not as friendly and waited long time for food. Breakfast in the Palm was lovely.
