Good sized rooms, beds were so comforable. Very impressed there was an iron and ironing board! Staff were all really friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good! One thing that I might add is a shower cap in the bathrooms as the shower is a rainfall shower. I struggled to get into the shower, turn it on and not get my hair wet!

Mattress was fab. Room too. Staff polite. Bfst good although people waited for hot eggs. When ppl settled the bill and they haven’t checked out yet cleaners should be knocking before entering should be a must.

Ive stayed at leonardos over 60 times.and looks lile the quality is at an all time low. They now have heat limiters in the shower and bath which is now at best luke-warm water. Not sure id stay here anybmote. There are better hotels close by.

Easy checking. Assistance provided with parking costs, cut by half. Arrived early, room was ready and was able to check in and access room. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location, fridge in the room. Comfortable and quiet. Love this hotel.
