Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. Nice twin room and good breakfast options. Staff all friendly. The only downside is parking next to the hotel is convenient but very expensive.

Great location by the train station and close to the city centre. Staff were professional and friendly. Many unique features to the hotel like the centre garden, old hotel and the royalty themed King wing. Some of the areas are dated and starting to wear. Lovely Junior Suite 1709 - rooms were clean. Check-in was quick. The breakfast was all you could eat and had everything you could need. The rooms were well air conditioned and much needed on a very warm weekend. We also got to stroke Queenie, the hotel cat. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for train station, little out of the central area for evrything but only a 10-15 min walk to Amphitheatre area. Pubs and restaurants close by. Hotel itself lovely in lobby, room was a little small and although nicely decorated, it was a tired in areas.

Clean room and hotel. Breakfast was really good. Bed was very soft and comfy. Only downside was I had placed a breakfast card on my door at 11.30pm to have a breakfast tray delivered in the morning and the card was not taken.
