Everything was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast, which we had 4 mornings, was delicious each day. The room was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The wifi worked great, and the rain shower was very relaxing. The breakfast had tasty choices which were all good. The coffee was brewed fresh with several options according to your preference. We liked it so much that we cancelled our upcoming stay at another hotel and rebooked those 3 nights at iThaphae.

The staff was friendly, kind and sincere. The food being fully vegeterian but having so much flavor was important to me since I haven't found a single option being someone who is Muslim. I had a wonderful experience at iThaphae Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is perfect for sight-seeing in the old city; the staff is efficient and friendly; the complimentary breakfast is a delicious mix of Thai dishes and simple Western breakfast items. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable and there is a safe in each room. There is also a beautiful pool area with tables/chairs and lounge chairs for relaxation between outings. I highly recommend this hotel!
