Location is great, 14min walk from the Tha Pa Gates and all the tours we signed up for had no problem in picking us up at our hotel lobby. The area is within the old city with many food restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast restaurant/buffet, I definitely recommend including it in your booking. We stayed 5 days and we never got tired of breakfast. They have a small buffet with a new soup choice everyday, also a menu with various options and a new daily dish. Staff was friendly and helpful, and had great communication. The only downside for us was our room location, im not sure if this was a problem for other rooms but we were directly beside construction, next building over. It was super loud during the day and unfortunately they work through the weekend and we would hear other truck sounds in the middle of the night and sometimes people from their rooms. So sound proofing isnt great. Otherwise, we didnt mind our stay and was perfect for what we needed during our time in Chiang Mai.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel appears to be relatively new and our room was huge. The general condition is beginning to show some wear and tear. Our room had a serious ant problem (tiny sugar ants) - although I suspect that is a somewhat common problem in this area. I was not particularly a fan of sharing my bed with ants and they were crawling on most surfaces. The general cleanliness of the room was decent, not stellar with some surfaces needing dusting and there were some minor mold issues in bathroom - again to be expected I think. Hotel was quiet, hardly anyone used the pool. Breakfast was serviceable perhaps a tad bit overpriced. I don’t think we saw anyone eating in the restaurant for dinner in our 6 nights there. It is very conveniently located and makes the old city ver walkable and is an easy pick up spot for grab and tours. I think it was good value for the cost.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff pointed us to the night market, set up an elephant sanctuary tour and helped with taxi's. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of options. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing and immaculate. I had a pool access room and it was nice to sit on my patio. Bathroom was huge, walk-in shower. 5 minute walk to main strip. Only thing I didn’t like is that the water never got hot, just lukewarm. I plan on staying there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But this is true for almost all of Thailand. The land of smiles as they say. No complaints about this hotel at all. Saw other reviews about the gong or bells from the temple waking them up early, but we didn't have that problem. And we were on that side also. We were directly across from the temple and didn't get woke up. Our room seemed sound proofed as you couldn't hear the outside noise with balcony door closed. Comfortable bed. Only thing I can think of needing improved would be the shower drain. Shower filled up with about an inch of water as you showered, but that's stretching it to find any complaint if even you can call it a complaint. Very minor issue. Loved our stay!

This hotel was in a great location in the old city. You’ll be able to walk to so many cafes, shops, 7eleven, massage services, etc. Hotel staff was very nice as well. It doesn’t have a whole lot of amenities such as a gym, or microwave in the room, there’s quite a bit of noise outside from construction and nature, and it doesn’t have that “good as new” vibe but an easygoing couple will enjoy a stay for a few nights!

This property was very clean and the staff was wonderful. They were able to assist us with our tour bookings and were able to point us towards the right directions to where we needed to go. It was a little more out the town than we expected but it was all walkable to Old Town Chiang Mai.
