The place is pretty close to a train station. Nice staff and pretty clean place. Some of the staff knew English, so communication wasn’t an issue. Overall good value for the money.

駅から少し歩きますがいいと思いました。ただ今回泊まったお部屋のエアコンの効きが弱かったと感じました。真夏の暑い時に効きが悪いのは睡眠不足になるので改善をお願いしたいと思いました。それ以外はとても良かったです！

貸切風呂は良かったが、部屋の衛生面に不安

全体的には良い滞在でしたが、衛生面に大きな問題がありました。駐車場はホテルの目の前にあり、約12時間で1,400円と日本の基準では安く感じましたが、予約時に有料である旨と金額を明記してほしいと思いました。スタッフの対応は丁寧で、チェックインもスムーズでした。ロビーも快適な雰囲気でした。 部屋に入ると、強いタバコの匂いがして驚きました。事前に喫煙室であるとの説明がなく、不快に感じました。部屋のレイアウトや設備はコンパクトながら必要なものが揃っており、ベッドやリネン類も快適でした。 しかし、バスルームに入ると強い悪臭がし、便座と便器に便が残っていてとても使える状態ではありませんでした。自分たちで清掃してから使用しましたが、非常に残念で改善が必要だと感じました。 さらに、エレベーターも少し変な匂いがし、貸切風呂のエリアも清潔感はあるものの、カビや湿気の匂いが少し気になりました。 それでも、貸切風呂は今回の滞在で一番良かったです。40分間利用でき、広さも十分でリラックスできました。アメニティも質が高く、お湯の温度も快適でした。 朝食はシンプルで美味しかったです。スタッフの方々は少し忙しそうで心配になりましたが、補充も5分ほどで済み、許容範囲でした。 衛生面に少し不安は残りましたが、貸切風呂と全体的な快適さのおかげで、また利用したいと思います。
