Book an accessible room for wheelchair got there paid for the room got all the way to the room and it was not accessible went down stairs to let them know I booked accessible for them to tell me that they saw my reservation for accessible but they don’t have accessible or accommodation for handicapped people and she could refund my money back but I will not get it until 5-7 business days she was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable with staying there I didn’t have a choice but to stay because everything surrounding area was booked and I was in town for my uncle funeral
