This hotel is in a neighborhood convenient to the Loop, Michigan Ave, and public transportation. Surrounding shops and restaurants are many. I love the pool--it's big and it has great hours!

Poor gym , room service never cleaned in 5 days of staying. Even if called reception

I think they should offer a continental breakfast and when you have to walk out of the building to go to the office and the parking area is always slippery that’s the part that needs improvement

I enjoyed overall the staff and personnel, however I was dissatisfied with the level of noise on my floor I could hardly get any sleep with some of the guests arguing and yelling. I would like to request for partial compensation for my accommodations. I traveled far and in the very least should have had peace and comfort in my hotel room.
