This hotel is always one of my first choices when I’m staying Chicago. I never have a bad an experience with any of my stays. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

First stay in a downtown Chicago hotel. I'm very pleased. Parking was very, very close and the $25 room credit went far in the cafe in the lobby

New Year’s Eve gone bad :(

NYE horrible! The entertainment in the lobby was a young lady with a guitar and a mic. In addition all night long all we heard were sirens. At $509 /night . I expected a better vibe and a restful sleep.
