Great property. Great service. Noisy area even with the accommodation of a less noisy room. Great location with easy accessible parking. Parking was $69. It's advertised at $65 and $70 but we paid $69 for overnight parking in the adjacent garage

Staff was very nice, we got to the hotel very early and they offered to hold our luggage for us so we can walk around the city while we wait for our check in time. Very fast check in and check out. Nice restaurant downstairs. Everywhere was walkable including grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Perfect location so you can walk to the tourist attractions from Navy Pier to 360 Chicago Observatory and many more. Would recommend to those traveling to see the sights.

great central location for mag mile shopping & food options. sbux in the hotel lobby is very convenient and allows mobile ordering. the staff was friendly and accommodating. i didn’t see any housekeeping staff during our 3 night stay and they never came to our room. limited trash receptacles in room and no trash bags to empty it yourself if housekeeping is not provided daily. overall- would stay again and we enjoyed our stay.
