The room was clean and the space was just what we needed. The exterior door closest to our room was broken for our entire stay and it was January in Chicago so that was a bit disappointing. The Spa ( Hot tub) was part of the reason we choose this hotel over others in the area and the water was cold for 3 of the 4 nights of our stay. The staff did their best and we appreciate all the efforts. Over all we would likely again if those flaws were rectified.
