The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive from check-in to check-out, which really stood out. The location is unbeatable—close to great dining, shopping, and everything the city has to offer. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

THE TUB WAS FILTHY. There was a miscommunication that cost me an additional $190 over champagne I didn't order. Water in the room was not marked as an additional cost, and there was no available parking for the valet so I had to walk 2 blocks after finding parking myself.

The hotel was great but a $100 pet cleaning fee for one night is insane and a $52 resort fee too. Basically the fees were more than the cost of the room by far.
