For the money it cost you would think that everyroom had a fridge .they dont also why do fancy motels never have locks on bathroom door,or shower curtains clear glass is not everyones cup of tea.

Absolutely incredible. Paid for the view of wrigley field and did not regret it. As a life long cubs fan, this gave a new perspective to Wrigley and a tremendous fan experience.

Very expensive for the room and service received.

Room door would not open with keycard provided. Had to wait for maintenance to change battery in lock. For the price paid, room was minimally equipped; no microwave, no refrigerator. Were not allowed into the bar after the Cubs game. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great view of Wrigley Field.

A REAL TREAT

The hotel is wonderful! Bar and morning restaurant were beyond my expectations! All service members were helpful and friendly. I was VERY happy with my stay! Under constructive suggestions; The hotel need to do a better job with a commissary. I can't be the only customer to not remember contact solution.
