Staff were absolutely amazing and even gave my kids little gift bags when we checked in. I loved the security of the hotel and needing your room card to get on elevators etc. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Rooms were overall clean but they could check under beds better

Always a pleasure staying here - the location and proximity to the L makes getting anywhere in the city very easy. The deposit structure is the only negative. $50 PER NIGHT - on a previous stay we were there for 10 and had a $500 deposit which is excessive.

We chose this hotel for the price, proximity to the United Center, and free breakfast. It’s a beautiful building and met all our requirements and expectations. It was, however, rather loud. Due to its being the former Cook County Hospital the corridors are quite tall, wide, and therefore noisy. I could hear the gentleman in the room next to us snoring as we went to bed. We still were able to sleep but just be aware if that is an issue for you. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I docked a star on cleanliness because the wall in our bathroom by the light switch really needed a good wipe down.

Very clean hotel. Convenient location and absolutely wonderful staff!!! Toni Cojuangco is absolutely sweet and definitely made the stay great! It is the old Cook County Hospital and has some great history with a museum inside showing some old stuff from the hospital as well as a video that shows the stages of restoration. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!!

The parking information is misleading. The hotel has a parking lot that is available for a few guests. A staff member suggested we park on the street! The hotel itself is nice enough and clean. Breakfast items that should have been hot were cold.

My room did not get cleaned my first day! I had to ask the receptionist to have them for sure clean it the next day. I had to ask again to get it cleaned again the second time. I should not have had to ask once much less twice! On the plus side, everyone at the receptionist desk was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great with all the choices to pick from

Spent two nights and have nothing to complain about. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had everything you would expect. Walking distance to the United center, which was why we chose it. Easy to park even though you have to have to pay a $30 parking nightly fee it's cheaper than the other alternatives and you are in a major city. Front of the house staff was accommodating. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have a family that would benefit from having a full kitchen. There is a grocery store, not far away.
