The staff was outstanding at the restaurant and very accommodating for our needs. The desk staff was great when we had a request for a wheelchair. One thing we did not like was that we had no hot water in our room. That is the only reason we did not give five stars. We had to ask at the desk for it to be checked out.

My prepaid reservation at Hyatt was not honored upon arrival at 4:30 PM. I finally received a room at 2:58 AM, a delay that was not an isolated incident as several other guests in the lobby experienced the same issue. Additionally, my incidental charge has still not been refunded five days later.

The property was great and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The property was gorgeous with a Starbucks, restaurant, and spacious lobby. The check in time seems later than many places but the staff were great.
