We arrived at the hotel at 1:45. We were told our room was ready, but we would need to pay an extra $25.00 to check in before 3:00. This was a slap in the face after agreeing to pay almost 300.00 to just sleep there. When we did eventually check in for real, the employee was very kind.

It was a very comfortable bed. A nice respite from my long international trip. Only issue was that the key did not work when I first went to the room and I had to go back to the counter to get if fixed. :(

Not sure what to say. Unusual to have the hotel shuttle terminal at O'Hare being used as a homeless shelter. Passengers have to walk through sleeping people. Then, hotel is in need of updating. Tattered and noisy. Looking forward to getting home 🏡
