It’s a really nice convenient place to stay especially if you’re going to the convention center. Parking is $45 a day in parking garage with in and out privileges. The rooms are pretty nice and very clean. The air conditioning could be better. Felt kinda hot even when set to 60 degrees during the day. At night it got a little cooler. The beds and pillows were very firm, like sleeping on a brick wall. Shower was very good with nice shower head with different settings.

We did not end up getting a room at the Hyatt. When we arrived there was a lineup to check in that would have taken us over 3 hours. There was a glitch online and then rooms were overbooked. We asked for a refund. What a nightmare.

Not checked in yet. This is a spike in bookings (weather related flight cancelations out of OHare), but they're almost entirely unable to process us. Hundreds of people standing in line to check in, moving at a snail's pace. No visible attempt to expedite or even give us an alternative to standing in line. (Take a number, anyone?) I expect to wait more than an hour for the room i paid for in advance.

The place to stay in Rosemont

Everything was so accessible for our purpose of being in Rosemont. Absolutely love the Dystopian feel of this property . Literally feel like you’re on a movie set and the elevators as super fast. Love it would stay here again!
