As I pulled up to the hotel, no valets came to greet me and I started to unpack in the frigid cold when somebody finally came out and told me that the parking lot was a block away. So, I repacked, parked and walked back to the same lower lobby where there were no signs to the check-in desk which was actually located one floor above. After going up the escalator and finding the front desk, I couldn't even see the staff as they were all seated behind the tall counter. When I approached, the employee did not even bother to stand and greet me. The whole interaction was cold and unwelcoming. She handed me a key and gave no directions toward elevators or added, "have a pleasant stay"...nothing. It was about as friendly as a visit to the BMV.

Excellent hotel. Had dinner at the bar/restaurant and it was very good. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Left car in parking deck and used shuttle to airport. Would stay there again.

The Room is too small ,I feel like I’m in the closet ,the bartender heavyset lady is rude ,to pay the money that we pay at this hotel was not worth it with.. only people that was nice was the front desk staff and the bartender guys that’s it oh and housekeeping, ladies they need to get rid of that bartender lady. She is rude.. she make you not even want to stay at the bar when myself and companion was there.

They try to keep it nice and everyone is friendly and professional but this is an aging hotel. Rooms show style is dated. It’s a throw back to the 60’s and 70’s if you like that sort of thing. Very expensive parking $50

While the room was nice and spacious, I was quite puzzled at the fact that there was no microwave. Like the place is essentially a loft and you’re not even provided an actual kitchenette. They had a fridge and lots of storage space. But that’s storage space that could be used for a microwave if anything. That really annoyed me not having the option since it’s basically an apartment. Also, needs way more hanging devices in the shower and bathroom. I had to lay everything on or around the sink. Overall the place was really nice and I loved the complimentary shuttle. The front desk agents were nice as well. Just lesson learned, but common sense since I clearly didn’t have it. Do not go to this hotel if you plan on being the city. I spent damn near $250 on Ubers for 2 days! It was also the holidays, so I’m not sure how during off peak seasons it is. Just be aware. While it’s nice and convenient near the airport. They do have another airport I didn’t realize until I got home that’s way closer to the city.
