It was located in a nice area. Lacked amenities. Sheets and bedding were stained. My room was missing a tray. Used coffee pods inside the machine. One roll of toilet paper and two towels. No bottled water in the room. Spotty internet. Prime TV channels would kick you off while watching a movie. I dont think the price matches the hotel. I will not be staying there again when I return this year to Chicago. Disappointed.

Centrally located to tourist areas. Easy to find. Staffs were great. My flight was cancelled on the way to Chicago so i missed one night stay. Though i messaged the hotel through Hotel.com i was told when i checked in the nxt day that i should have rang them. It was quite impossible because of the time difference from UK, i did not see their reply and i was enroute already to Chicago when i found out and there was no way i can give them a ring . Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of our stay .

Stay away!!! The 1st room i had at kinzie, there were hair strands all over the bed and the pillows were stained yellow! The 2nd room have stains on The bed skirts and permanent brown stains in the toilet, the wifi is TRASH also, please avoid
