For my first time in Waukegan, this was a great place to stay. It's close to an Enterprise rent a car, great service all around in this area. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Duncan donuts on the corner. Great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful.

My room ad bedbugs. My kids were bitten. The front desk agent when i checked in was amazing. My check out person ignored my complaints.

Its nice and good fir the stay,only i can say is need to pit a rug at the bathroom because after taking shower your feet is wet and maybe your gonna be slept away

Book your stay elsewhere! When we checked in the ceiling in the lobby was falling down, there was nothing welcoming at all about this lobby. I was weary about staying at this point, we went ahead and got checked in. When we opened the door to the room my heart dropped, this trip was to see my son graduate from boot camp and have his overnight liberty, the thought of having my family stay here brought me to tears. We ended up getting a refund and staying at another hotel.

Room was ok. No iron, no coffee pot. Had to ask for towels. Ice machine was not working. No snack bar, snack machine was not working. Room was never checked to be cleaned. Suspicious activities going on with people exchanging money in the hallway. One woman looked like she was on drugs with scabs all over her body. Drinking in the back of the premises.walked outside the second night and a man was bringing a woman inside who looked like she was under the influence. Room next door was blasting tv and constantly arguing and talking very loud. Great Lakes should really look into recommendations for stays.

Do Not book at this motel the worst of the worst I demanded a refund the sheets had not been changed the microwave was discussing . People selling crack at store next door parking lot . Terrible

Yeah this is a dope hotel i shouldn't have trusted, I seen a drug deal go down while we was entering the buildimg after getting room key. 10 out 10 wont stay here again. If i coulda found a different hotel after checking in here i would have unfortunately nothing was avaliable near by.
