Ivan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming, with everything you need to feel at home. He is extremely responsive, and the home is immaculately clean. This will be the place we stay next time we’re in Chicago!

My family and I had a great time in the Chicago area, thanks in part to the wonderful FAMLYNEST. We were in town for my son's graduation at Northwestern, and this place served as the perfect home base for the graduation events in Evanston and Chicago. It was also close to great restaurants and amenities like CTA stations and grocery stores.The home was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The parking space, laundry room, and basement den proved valuable.Ivan was a gracious and thoughtful host, offering assistance when needed and greeting us with friendly conversation. 5/5

Guys Trip to Wrigley Field

This house was exactly what we were looking for with our guys trip to Chicago. It gave each of us our own bedrooms. The house is very clean and comfortable. Ivan the host was great to work with and he made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time hanging out around the large dining room table. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Our stay went great. The host was very responsive the two times we needed assistance (ran out of laundry detergent and a dishwasher issue that was easily solved). We had no major issues. If we had searched a little more when we first arrived, we would have seen the booster seat, high chair, step stool, and pack n play in the house.

The Best VRBO Ever

This is the best VRBO compared to how it looks online that I have ever stayed in. If this property looks good to you, then you will be amazed and delighted with how wonderful it is upon arrival!! The space is incredibly well kept and is super comfortable to stay in. Ivan (the property manager) has added so many nice touches to the place that add delight to a super high quality property. Ivan is super responsive to all communications and was there upon my arrival to help carry in my bags and make sure we got settled in. I could not recommend this property any more highly!!!

I cannot say how great it was to work with Ivan. The house was cleaner than any hotel I stay in when I travel. Everything that I needed to use the kitchen was provided. I cannot think of one thing that they could’ve done to make this stay any better. I highly recommend this.

Great Property and Hosts

The property was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were so friendly and accomodating. The property included a number of very nice special touches, like having some snacks available and some basic items in the refrigerator. The property is situated with a shared yard area with other families that are all very nice. The reserved parking space was a great bonus too. We loved everything about our stay here.

Best VRBO stay of our many 20+ travels

Unit is very new and clean, everything worked well, all the expected features, appliances, laundry, streaming, etc. Parking is easy with a dedicated spot. Host lives nearby and was very helpful when we were adjusting stay, checking in, and when we had questions. Our kids even met in the courtyard to play a bit.

The Thomson’s explore Chicago

This property was absolutely amazing in every way. When we arrived the place smelled and looked amazing and was super clean. The bedrooms were very nicely set up and there were fresh cut flowers in each room along with the dining room. The property managers were very kind and attentive to our needs upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was super soft and fluffy. There were a few toys around the house for the little children and they loved it. The kitchen was fully functional and we were able to prepare a few dinners with no problems at all. There were so many little things that we forgot to bring with but found them in the house such as a hair dryer and lotion. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we ever find ourselves back in Chicago we will most definitely be staying here. Thank you so much
