booked a reservation, got a text an email confirmation saying my reservation was confirmed. arrived to check in and said it was overbooked. then went to “check if the rooms were available” after saying it was overbooked. never got refunded. never got sent anything that my reservation would be cancelled and i would get a refund for the inconvenience.

Stay here if u want to die. Everyone cringed when we told them where we are staying. The bathroom had piss in it and they wouldn’t clean it for us because “we were leaving anyways”. Room smelt like weed, homeless lived under the stairs.

Myself & 2 adult sons for 2 nights to attend a memorial. Picked the because it was a national brand & assumed a minimal level of quality. This property is bad, run down & dirty. The check in was smooth but none of our three rooms were next to each other 2 were in one building & the third was in another. My room was dark & hasn't seen a good cleaning or new paint in years the top of the walls were so bad they looked like they had smoke damage, a massive jagged crack in the floor that ran the entire width of the room. The lights over the beds didn't work & the front grill of the ac unit was missing entirely although it worked well. The grout around the tub was black dirt or mold don't know. The beds were of 2 different heights. The sheets & comforter were clean but in need of replacement. The tv didn't stay connected to the wifi reception when I did find something to watch it would buffer & stop I eventually gave up & went to sleep the 2nd nite I didn't even attempt to watch TV at all. On the 2nd nite the son that was in the same building didn't sleep due to the domestic disturbance going on next door to him which included police involvement. Needs a complete total renovation. If it weren't for the people I saw that obviously live at this property I would say it needs to shut down to do a total renovation & reopen but that would displace the people that obviously need the rooms. The condition of this property doesn't match the price charged. Never again.

I never thought the pictures that they are advertising are not the way it looks in reality. All throughout the night individuals pulling at your door. Cops there arresting people and asked attendee for extra towels (one set for 3 people) she only gave one after rolling her eyes. Room horrible unclean stuck for 3 days due to prepaying.

When I got to the property, the property did not have my room that I had already paid for available. I went through three different rooms and still was unhappy with them. All the room that I ended up and had holes in the Door to really terrible filling Twin beds, and it was just an awful experience
