The smell was awful, and the room was unclean and lacked towels. The hotel rep was not friendly or welcoming at this establishment. The price of the room should have been 20 dollars it was not worth the cost.

This was one of the worst, most disgusting places I've ever stayed in. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart. They were completely empty. This was supposed to be a suite. What a joke. The shower had little to no hot water and a hole in the wall.

Disappointing Stay at a Previously Enjoyed Hotel I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which makes this recent stay all the more disappointing. Upon entering my room, I was immediately met with an unpleasant odor. It only got worse from there. There were short, curly hairs on the bathroom sink and inside the tub (clearly not mine, as I have a low fade), and long hairs hanging from the shower curtain. The refrigerator smelled strongly of mold, and the kitchen area was unclean, with a stove that appeared grimy and neglected. The curtains had noticeable stains that were highly inappropriate and off-putting. When I brought these issues to the attention of hotel staff, I was told they couldn’t move me to a new room and wouldn’t be sending housekeeping to address the situation. Instead, I was offered a refund. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, there were no nearby hotels with availability, so I had no choice but to stay the night in these conditions. This could have been avoided with a basic level of cleanliness and customer care. Had they simply cleaned the bathroom or made a minimal effort to resolve my concerns, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. WONT SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.
