About this space
Spend some time in this stunning barn furnished with the highest quality furniture and fabrics. This beautiful lodge offers luxury accommodation over two floors for four people looking for a peaceful retreat with restaurants,
vineyards and country side on your doorstep. Perfectly located in between The South Downs National Park and
Chichester Harbour, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Chichester is not far away with its cobbled streets, cathedral, theatre, shops and cafes.
The space
This newly decorated barn is set over two floors and furnished to a very high standard. Enter the property into the open plan kitchen and living room which is a beautiful room for dining and relaxing with views out to neighbouring gardens. On the ground floor is also a walk-in shower room. The large bedroom on the mezzanine floor is quirky with its beautiful beams, large windows and glass balustrade offering a bright and peaceful sleeping space. The bedroom has a high quality king sized bed to ensure a good night's sleep with hotel style linen and toiletries. Downstairs is the second bedroom accessed via a corridor off the main room. Outside are two private sitting areas perfect for enjoying a sun downer with views across the tended lawns and gardens of the host's property.
Guest access
There are two allocated car parking space just outside the property and you enter via a shared driveway with the property's sister holiday home. There is a local bus service at the end of the road, with buses to Chichester. It is advisable to have a car to get around as this is a rural location. Small well behaved dogs are welcome at this property but please note that we make a small charge for this and it is only by prior arrangement.
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. * Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
