Located just 3 miles from Bosham, Fishbourne Roman Palace is the largest residential Roman building ever discovered in Britain. Open daily from 10am to 5pm, it offers a captivating glimpse into Roman Britain through its impressive mosaics and well-preserved ruins.
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home and garden, with dedicated parking for up to two cars. Use of the secure double garage can be arranged by request. Bosham car park is 100 metres away for additional parking.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
PETS Two, well behaved dog are welcome to join you on your holiday in the home. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture. - Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. - Please do not leave them alone in the property.
YOUNG CHILDREN Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a cot and high chair. Kindly note that cot bedding is not provided, so we ask that you bring your own.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
